Principal's Message

Dear Families,

Welcome to St. Michael’s Catholic Elementary School! As a community rooted in faith, we believe that strengthening the partnership between home, school, and parish will provide our students with the opportunities to grow into discerning believers and become contributing members of society.

St. Michael’s Catholic School believes that students are much more similar than they could ever be different, and it is in this light that we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, inclusive school community. Students feel a sense of belonging to something much larger than their peer group or classroom. We are a community where everyone shares in the gifts of talents of others, and one in which all of us teach and learn from each other.

Our school strives to improve student learning, each and every day. A culture of respect, shared responsibility, and ownership for one’s choices and actions are supported to ensure a positive learning environment is alive and vibrant. We are fortunate to belong to a community in which all staff and students are encouraged to hone their inherent gifts to share in the service of others.

You are encouraged to drop by to say hello on your next visit to North Woodstock. Our caring staff, friendly students, and warm-hearted parent volunteers, would be more than happy to show you around.

Mrs. Roberta Gibson
